Office Open: Sanitary Precaution Standards –

At these concerning times, we must remain calm and diligent in how we direct our focus toward protecting ourselves, our patients and our families.

The primary avenue for COVID-19 (and most viral infections) remains entry through the face via mouth eyes and nose. It is for that reason, that your primary means of defense is to follow CDC guidelines on frequently washing your hands throughly (20+sec), using hand sanitizer liberally where hand washing may not be available, and at all costs abstaining for touching your face with unsanitary hands. Our office is currently installing wall based hand sanitizer units as well for our patients convenience upon entering or exiting the office.

Our office has a policy (and service provider) to regularly disinfect communal surfaces, to help reduce the risk for those individuals who have difficulty maintaining their own hand hygiene and face avoidance practices. Our clinical and admin staff are vigilant about their own hand a face hygiene practices.

If we can all remain calm, and follow these practices, we can protect each other and ourselves. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our office directly.

We remain open for the care of our patients, and our 24hr cancellation policy remains in effect so long as these community and governmental Health recommendations remain the guiding protocol.

Outpatient

Kevin’s primary goal through private treatment sessions is to resolve all mechanical or movement dysfunctions which contribute to symptoms such as pain, weakness, numbness or tingling; returning you to the active lifestyle you deserve. He strives to accomplish these goals efficiently in the fewest number of visits with a targeted and concise home exercise program to maintain the benefits achieved during each treatment.

Due to record low “in-network” insurance reimbursement rates, we are an Out-Of-Network provider. The necessary documents for patients to submit to their own insurance companies (most patients receive 50-80% reimbursements) will be provided to open a reimbursement claim. Once the claim is opened, our office will manage the claim by providing the documents needed to process the claim directly to the Insurance provider. Kevin would not be able to provide the same level of quality care if he were to contract with insurance companies. In most cases you will save time and money, and actually achieve results. This is not your average Physical Therapy approach, so give your body what it deserves and schedule an appointment.
